kingofgoblinsLast night I had some kind of school stress dream, which I haven't had in AGES. Although I feel like it also had something to do with roommates... I've been thinking about what I'm going to do after Braxton moves out (sometime around the end of the year). I'm sick to death of people telling me I should get a roommate, but unfortunately I do have to consider the option. I've also thought about selling the house, of course -- Alex says I should get a condo so I don't have such a big property to take care of -- but that seems like so much work uuuggghhhhh.
Anyway. I'm still working on the massive cross stitch I inherited from my Grandma Joy -- did that for a few hours while watching nature documentaries narrated by Paul McGann. I'm pretty sure I've watched every single Wildest ___ documentary they have on Freevee, so now I'm rewatching them ^_^;; Honestly rewatching helps solidify the information in my mind anyway. At least once I was like "I'll bet it's a macaque" before he said macaques lol. After a while I put down the cross stitch and did my physical therapy exercises too, so woohoo for that.
I had chicken nuggets and tater tots for dinner, with some mixed veggies on the side so I could feel like I was being responsible lmao. I was finishing off the dino nuggets that Braxton didn't want to eat anymore because they were Tyson chicken. Apparently there's some sort of boycott or scandal or somesuch, I barely pay attention to the news / social media anymore so idk about it. I didn't tell him there's no ethical consumption under capitalism and I probably have already consumed so many additives and extra garbage in my food that it doesn't matter to me T___T;; I mean not to say that it 100% doesn't matter, I just can't really afford to waste food with my current income.
Brax comes back from Mississippi tomorrow, he's been gone for a little over a week for his sister's wedding. Hailey is actually like, his spiritual sister rather than his blood sister. But she at least partially raised him, so she's really important in his life. Anyway he also has a cousin, Parker, that he was really excited to visit with. It's been nice to have the house to myself, but it will also be nice for him to be back <3
After dinner I actually did some writing!!! What!?!? Jamie actually did a thing?!?!?! Shocking news, folks. He might actually be a productive member of society again someday lmao.
